On 3rd Janury 2012 I weighed 144.8lbs at 5ft 1" this made my BMI 27.4. I aim to lose 34lbs through use of Slimming World Eating plan and daily exercise. I am currently following the beach body 'slim in 6 program'.
My weigh day is a Tuesday morning and I will update weekly.
Weekly loses:
Week 1 - 5.6lbs
Week 2 - 2.2lbs
Week 3 - 0.2lbs
Total = 8lbs
